Presenters
Katie Timms joined RSM Australia in 2005 and was appointed a Director in 2015. She has specialised in superannuation since becoming an accountant in 2001. She works with a combination of regional and metropolitan clients, providing assistance with technical matters and ongoing compliance requirements. She is regularly consulted for advice on pension strategies, asset acquisitions strategies and other technical matters, and is the National Head of Superannuation for RSM. Katie has regularly presented for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Legalwise, Television Education Network, the Institute of Public Accountants and the Tax Institute. She has also provided articles on a variety of superannuation issues for the West Australian, Farm Weekly and the Australia Financial Review. Katie is a SMSF Association certified advisor and a Certified Practicing Accountant.
