Thousands of Australian businesses have been in ‘survival mode’ as they tried to endure the impact of COVID-19. Now, as things start to turn around, many small businesses are reconsidering their structure. Client business structures can regularly be unsuitable for present circumstances, not just following a global pandemic. Whether they were not correctly created in the first place, operations have changed over time, succession planning issues have arisen or any other multitude of reasons.
