Presenters
Jeremy Duffy has worked for over 35 years as a commercial, property and estate planning lawyer focused on individuals, whether in their personal capacity, as owners of commercial property or as principals of businesses. As a result, Jeremy has a strong generalist skill base which assists him in identifying and resolving a wide range of legal issues. He is a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Professionals, a world-wide organisation of practitioners who have demonstrated specialist skills in trusts, estates, succession and related areas of law. Jeremy also has a keen interest in the future of legal practice, particularly as it has to do with technology, and has developed his own automated on-line document assembly software. He is a member of ALPMA and the Technology Committee of the Law Society of South Australia.
On a personal level, Jeremy is married with 2 adult children, is the vocalist in a band called JD & the Crabs and stupidly rows long distances in boats as a Masters rower at Adelaide University Boat Club.
