Victoria is a specialist practitioner with extensive experience in providing advice and representation to councils, statutory bodies and private clients on planning, building and environmental issues. Victoria’s expertise has been recognised through her inclusion in the Best Lawyer’s Australia list as an outstanding practitioner in Planning and Environmental Law from 2014 to present as well as being recognised in Doyle’s Guide of Leading Planning and Environment Lawyers.
David is the go-to junior counsel in South Australia in respect of two practice areas: environment and planning matters, and native title. David's primary practice also includes construction, building and development law (including liquor licensing and neighbour disputes). David prosecutes and defends regulatory prosecutions, conducts merits appeals and judicial review matters, and enforces judgments including by contempt proceedings.
